I received my blood work back today from Monday and my red blood cells are back to a normal count, so that means no blood tranfusion this week. Yahooo ! is the best word to describe it.
I have started to get some of my energy back the last few days, but it's slow going.
I am usually wiped out by the end of the work day. Tomorrow I have my weekly herceptin treatment and then I return to work around 1:00 to finish up the work day. I have to say I am ready for the weekend!

Hey girl - let me try this again - I did this a minute ago and hit post comment so if you get this more than once it's because Britt's gone to bed and I don't know what I"m doing! But I said - that is awesome news and I am so glad to hear it. You are doing great - I knew you would - your strong and have what it takes to beat this! You have a lot of love and support behind you so stay postive and stay strong! I know you feel like crap after your treatments and are wiped out so I was thinking maybe I can come over on the weekends after your treatment and do some laundry for you and maybe clean the bathrooms - just help out with some housework and stuff - even run to the grocery store if you need. I'd be more than happy to do that - just let me know if I can come do that for you. We love you and are here behind you every step of the way! I'll check back tomorrow - but just let me know if I can come help out over there with some of that stuff.
ReplyDeleteHi Tami that is very nice of you to offer. For now we are doing okay and for the most part staying caught up. Kevin leaves out of the country on Monday and returns on Friday. My mom will be coming to stay with me for a few days next week to help out with house chores and sending Hailey back to school. I will definitely let you know if I get behind and need some help after she leaves. Thanks for the sweet offer, it really means a lot to me.
